-The nutritional content of fruits and vegetables may be indicated by the color that they have. Experts suggest including fruits and vegetables of different colors for you to be able to enjoy the different health benefits of each fruit and vegetables.

-In order for you to be able to juice easily, chopping and slicing your fruits and vegetables before putting them in your juicer is recommended.

-Large pits and seeds of fruits and vegetable may cause your juicer to be damaged, that is why it should be removed first.
